You must contact us via email before returning any products. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without prior authorization from Bobby’s Boards Inc... A return product authorization number will be issued.

There is a 15 day limited return policy from date of shipping. The product must be in sellable condition, in its original package.  Any used items are not eligible for return.

You must have your original bill of sale.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed in the form of an exchange, for a product of equal value, less shipping costs.
